A twitter is considered dead
If it follows too many twitters and it has reached the capacity which the twitter allowed. the dead twit can not add more twit followings . In this case, no body will follow this twit because it has reached a dead end (no longer can re follow).
Why it is happened?
1. You have followed too many dead twitter
2. You have follow twitters with no content, they are created with a purpose is to sell them on E bay.
3. The owner of the twitter account has forgot about it
4. You have followed people with no intention to follow you back.
5. You have reached your limit of 2000 followings and only had few hundred or a thousand followers.
6. Etc.
How to recuse it
